INREGRAL PART OF THE MANUFACTURING PROGRAMME OF FORNAX JOINT- STOCK COMPANY IS MAKING AND ASSEMBLING OF STEEL STRUCTURES AND OTHER LOCKSMITH COMPONENTS.

Major part of steel structures is from the section of industrial kilns and kiln equipment. It is made of unalloyed, rustless and fire-resistant steel. 

Manufacturing programme

• kiln construction and their equipment
• kiln cars for cell and continuous kilns
• other steel structures according customer´s requirement

Manufacturing of steel structures is done according to own manufacturing documentation and/or according to manufacturing documentation provided by the costumer.

FORNAX a.s. provides steel structure assebmblance according the customer´s requirement. 

Manufacturing conditions

• manufacturing area 1 075 m²
• bridge crane 5 t
• 2 band saws for material division
• plate cutter machine for cutting metal plates to 10 mm axial lenght / 3 m width
• max.size of steel structure subassembly 3.5x4x5 m
